The Erie Community College Foundation, Inc. is committed to supporting all students, with many different backgrounds and goals. Due to the recent Supreme Court’s decision, we would like you to know that the scholarship application process is separate from the college and college admissions, following the qualifications set by our donors. The ECC Foundation is a not-for-profit supporting SUNY Erie and SUNY Erie students by Scholarship Opportunities made possible thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters.
Use the Search by Keyword function below to find scholarships meeting your specific needs, for example part-time, specific program, etc.
Instructions to apply for any of our scholarships listed below:
• Use a Chromium powered browser (i.e. Google Chrome) as your web browser.
• Click the red “Sign In” button in the top right corner of this page to begin your application (on desktop).
• You must use your SUNY Erie username and password to log into your scholarship application.
• Complete the General Application.
• You should now see recommended scholarships.
• You may need to submitted additional information, once completed hit the “Finish and Submit” button

Reminder: There is a 30-minute inactivity timer, so make sure to save your work periodically.
Important Note: Scholarships may have an impact on the Excelsior Scholarship award. This is an informational video about the Excelsior Scholarship: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cWSH6WbEnQ. Please note that it is a “Last Dollar In” scholarship and that Foundation scholarships may conflict with Excelsior. Make sure to check with Financial Aid regarding how that State scholarship is applied.
