This scholarship honors Daniel C. Penfold’s father. Penfold said, “My father was a 100%
disabled veteran from World War II and because of him I received a scholarship as a child
of a disabled veteran for my undergraduate education. I was also an active duty officer and
retired from the United States Army Reserve.”
