In memory of the late Delores Champion-Hutchinson, former caseworker with ECC’s Middle Early College High School Program. Delores, an alumnus of ECC and Buffalo State College, began her career with ECC’s Middle Early College High School Program (City) in October of 2000. Delores was passionate about her work advising and mentoring students. She not only supported their efforts in the classroom, but outside as well. Delores would often be seen catching basketball games at the Burt Flickinger Athletic Center. She had a deep appreciation for the sport, and was a huge fan of the Kats.
This memorial scholarship was established to provide assistance to a deserving student who shares her love for both education and sports.
