This schoalrship was established in honor of Donald Peter Spasiano, a Professor Emeritius in the Hospitality Management Department at Erie Community College North Campus for 42 years. Don devoted his academic career to educating and inspiring students in Hotel and Restaurant management. His progressive style and his passion for success was what Don wanted to instill into over the 1000 students he educated over the years. Don’s commitment to the Hospitality Industry was evident by his placement of students into varoius hotel, restaurants and clubs. As a tribute to Don for his passion and commitment to education and success, we would like to proved financial assistance to 1 student enrolled in the Hospitality Management program at North Campus who is transferring to a 4-year college to complete their Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts.
