Dalen Smith was a Pathways student who passed his HSE but was shot and killed before graduation. The ECC Pathways Department created this scholarship in memory of him. We hope future recipients will mirror the character and traits that Dalen Smith exemplified.
The ECC Pathways Department increases the successful transition of students from basic education programs to college completion through partnerships between ECC, local Erie County school districts and community agencies.
