1. Matriculated in Mental Health Assistant-Substance Abuse Counseling 2 Year Degree
2. Minimum GPA 2.5
3. Letter of recommendation by SUNY Erie faculty member -request via email link
4. Resident of Erie County
5. US Citizen
6. Minimum one semester at SUNY Erie
7. Financial need considered
