Cheryl Chameli-Giumento Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Michele Langan, an SUNY Erie/ECC faculty member in the Biology Department, established this
scholarship in memory of her student, Ms. Chameli-Giumento. Cheryl exuberated a zeal for
life and learning. She was admired for her generosity, commitment to hard work, academic
excellence, and personal growth. It is the hope of Ms. Langan that this endowment will
commemorate her and allow Cheryl’s legacy to positively affect the lives of others.

2. Matriculated in Liberal Arts & Science-Mathematics and Science/Science or ANY Health Sciences Division degree
3. Female Student
4. Minimum GPA 3.5
