Welton Nursing Endowed Scholarship

Ken Welton worked for many years as a Physics professor at SUNY Erie. He taught at the SUNY Erie North Physics department from 1970 to 2001, when he retired from SUNY Erie. He, his wife Donna, and his family know how important nurses are to health, and the importance of supporting SUNY Erie Nursing students through their education and into the workforce. The Welton Endowed Nursing Scholarship was created thanks to their generosity and support of SUNY Erie Nursing students, and it is his hope to support any student who is working hard to complete their education and become a nurse.

Qualifications:
1. Any student enrolled in or intending to pursue enrollment in Nursing at SUNY Erie
