David S. Leone Memorial Scholarship

The family of David S. Leone established this memorial scholarship to honor David who
was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Debilitating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) in the 1980s.
Mr. Leone served 13 years as a Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority Police Officer until
forced to retire. David died October 5, 2009. His wife and daughter survive him.

2. Minimum GPA 2.5

4. Resident of Erie County
5. US Citizen
6. Financial need considered
