Donna Zielkiewicz Frost Memorial Scholarship Fund

Donna Zielkiewicz Frost is a 2007 Graduate of SUNY Erie/ECC, achieving her RN as well as LPN. She passed both NYS exams for these in that same year. She completed both of these programs 2 weeks before her 50th birthday.
Donna had been stricken with a form of dementia that began affecting her in 2013. She was ultimately diagnosed with Fronto-Temporal Degeneration (FTD) on December 5th, 2014, and ultimately succumbed to her illness in 2019.
Before being affected by this condition, she often spoke of a desire to leave a legacy that highlighted her achievements in nursing. A scholarship fund was agreed upon to fulfill her wishes.

ELIGIBILITY:
1. Matriculated in Nursing 2 Year Degree
2. Minimum GPA 2.5
3. Preference: Cheektowaga Native
