Tim Tevens Columbus McKinnon Scholarship (Endowed)

This scholarship was created to recognize Timothy Tevens and his service and contributions to Columbus McKinnon Corporation. Tim retired in February 2017 after 26 years of service to the company, 19 of them as CEO. He had a significant impact on Columbus McKinnon’s expansion, including entering new geographies, developing new product lines, and acquiring key partners, which have laid the foundation for future growth. In addition to his significant professional achievements, Tim has been a lifelong resident and contributor to the Western New York Community. Among his many accomplishments, Tim began his secondary education at Erie Community College and later served on its board of directors. His background, educational history, hard work, and career trajectory serve as examples for all of us and the next generation. To honor his legacy, this scholarship has been created in his name to provide opportunities for our employees’ families who want to start their educational careers at a local two-year institution such as Eric Community College.
